Cdr Mukund Joglekar (Retd) leads the outbound training activitiesat Exult! Solutions. He realized his passion and aptitude for training while he served in the Indian Navy. He began his career as a helicopter pilot and later switched over to Logistics functions. He took premature retirement to pursue his interest in Learning and Development. He did specialization in Logistics Management. His experience includes Materials Management and Human Resource Management. He has authored five professional books which added value to quality of training and operations. He was a Senior Instructor (Management Studies) at the Navy’s Management faculty for Officers.

Mukund has been a facilitator since 2006. He has undergone Basic and Advance Lab in Human Process conducted by ISABS. He is a highly experienced and impactful facilitator, who has conducted over 500 programmes covering various types of Industries and a variety of participants.
