Our founder Rukmini Iyer is a trained expert in the area of conflict resolution. In 2013, she was chosen for the prestigious Rotary Peace Fellowship, through which she underwent an intensive three-month course in conflict resolution at the Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok and also engaged in field studies in northern Thailand and Cambodia. She was a part of an exclusive team of 20 experts from around the world who were handpicked and trained by pioneers in peacebuilding and conflict resolution from across the globe.
